Case Tracking: How It Works
Once you file a report, here is how the tracking system supports you:
- Case ID Assignment: When you submit a case, we assign a unique Zelrith Case ID. Use this for all future logins.
- View Status: See an overview of your case’s current status (e.g. “Investigation Active”, “Litigation Filed”).
- Document Upload: You can securely upload any new evidence (such as bank statements or chat logs) directly to your legal team.
- Updates & Notifications: Our team posts updates as your case advances. For example, when a motion is filed or a bank reports progress.
